I am a Horticulture grad from
Ontario who now lives in the
southwestern desert of the US.
I'm surrounded by the Sonoran
wilderness and filling a 1 acre
plot. I've got the backbone
of the garden finished and am now
looking for unusual and dramatic
plants to add as specimens. I try
not to supplement the water to
plants except at the time of
planting. Once established, the
plants should be able to survive
basically on 12 inches of rain,
sun or shade, summer temps of 115
F and occassional freezing.
COLOUR is a goal in the garden
